• Oversee all daily travel center operations.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.

• Schedule employees and manage labor costs effectively.

• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and operational expenses.

• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the facility.

• Maintain food safety, fuel safety, and company operating standards.

• Manage inventory, vendor deliveries, and merchandising.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Lead by example while fostering a positive team culture.

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of retail, travel center, restaurant, or convenience store management experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Basic computer and reporting skills.
