• Perform routine inspections of the travel center, fueling areas, and parking facilities.

• Repair and maintain plumbing, lighting, electrical fixtures, doors, and equipment.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues.

• Perform preventative maintenance on store equipment and fuel station facilities.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property.

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from management.

• Coordinate with outside contractors when major repairs are required.

• Maintain maintenance logs and inspection records.

• Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures.

• Assist with seasonal maintenance, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed.
