• Supervise daily maintenance operations across the facility.

• Schedule preventative maintenance and repair work.

• Lead and train Maintenance Technicians and Facilities Technicians.

• Manage maintenance budgets and inventory.

• Coordinate vendors and outside contractors.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

• Conduct facility inspections and identify improvement opportunities.

• Maintain maintenance schedules and equipment records.

• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.

• Collaborate with Store Management on capital improvement projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience.

• Previous supervisory experience required.

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to work flexible schedules and respond to emergencies.
