• Lead daily coffee shop operations during assigned shifts.

• Prepare specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages.

• Coach and train Baristas on beverage preparation and customer service.

• Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards.

• Monitor coffee inventory and place supply requests.

• Ensure cleanliness and food safety throughout the coffee station.

• Handle customer concerns professionally.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Promote seasonal beverages and bakery items.

• Support the Coffee Shop Supervisor in daily operations.

• Previous barista experience required.

• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of espresso equipment.

• Ability to multitask during busy periods.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
