• Supervise daily fuel island operations.

• Lead and schedule Fuel Associates.

• Ensure all fueling equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Monitor fuel inventory and coordinate fuel deliveries.

• Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

• Respond quickly to equipment issues and emergency situations.

• Train new Fuel Associates on fueling procedures and safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout fueling lanes and truck parking areas.

• Assist commercial fleet customers with fueling services.

• Collaborate with Store Management to improve operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of fuel station, travel center, or convenience store experience.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
