• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.

• Repair lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, flooring, and minor electrical issues.

• Inspect HVAC systems and coordinate repairs when necessary.

• Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, signage, and landscaping.

• Ensure restrooms, showers, and common areas remain fully operational.

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from all departments.

• Keep maintenance records and inspection logs up to date.

• Assist contractors during facility upgrades and repairs.

• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.

• Support emergency maintenance needs as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous facilities or building maintenance experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Ability to operate power tools safely. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when needed.
