• Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance throughout the travel center.

• Answer questions about products, food services, rewards, and fueling options.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Assist with merchandise displays and product organization.

• Support cashiers during busy periods.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.

• Help customers enroll in the Eagle Nest Rewards program.

• Monitor store appearance and report maintenance concerns.

• Collaborate with all departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a passion for helping people.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
