• Supervise all daily coffee shop operations.

• Schedule, coach, and support Baristas.

• Ensure beverage consistency and quality standards.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and product availability.

• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance.

• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.

• Monitor sales performance and labor costs.

• Train new coffee team members.

• Coordinate promotions and seasonal drink launches.

• Work closely with Store Management and Bakery teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of coffee shop or café experience.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of espresso equipment and beverage preparation.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
