• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to Eagle Nest recipes.

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service.

• Operate espresso machines, coffee brewers, and beverage equipment safely.

• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station throughout the shift.

• Restock coffee beans, syrups, cups, lids, pastries, and supplies.

• Ensure beverage quality and presentation meet company standards.

• Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Assist teammates during busy morning and afternoon rushes.

• Promote seasonal beverages and bakery items.

• Previous coffee shop or food service experience preferred but not required.

• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
